IBM along with Dotpay, Internet payment service, signed a partnership agreement. Users of IBM commerce platform WebSphere Commerce can use Dotpay e-payment solutions.

IBM WebSphere Commerce is an e-commerce platform used by international companies and corporations of e-commerce industry.
